WALTER J. HELHOWSKI - president/owner
As founder and president of Crystal Ball Contracting Inc., Walt is responsible for the strategic management of CBC's business direction and operations.

With over twenty-nine years of experience in all aspects of electrical contracting, Walt is involved with every step of all electrical construction projects.

Walt started as an apprentice in the Local Union #98 and worked his way up to foreman. In 1999, after 15 years as a project manager and estimator, he started Crystal Ball Contracting Inc.

Walt enjoys spending his free time either traveling or fishing.

ROBERT R. LEWIS - Operations/Project Manager
As operations manager, Bob is responsible for telecommunications business management and development.

With over 15 years experience in the telecommunications field as a technician, project manager, estimator, designer, and operations manager, Bob oversees the telecommunications division of CBC.

When not at work, Bob enjoys playing golf, and coaching both basketball and baseball at Lenape Valley Athletic Association.

JOHN F. MAZUREK - Project Manager
As a project manager for CBC, John is responsible for taking projects from the design and estimating stages through to completion; ensuring that all the customer's needs are fulfilled.

John has been working in the telecommunications industry for over 12 years. He started his career as a technician and worked his way up to Vice President of Operations at his last company. Looking for new challenges, John has brought his expertise to CBC.

In addition to golf, John enjoys landscaping and following his daughter's soccer career.
